Linda's successful 30 year career as a Professional Handler has enabled her to become a mentor to the next generation of prospective handlers.  Every year Linda takes a new group of Junior Handlers under her wing to help grow them to be the Professionals of the future.  The AKC states: "Juniors are important to the future of the sport of dogs and responsible dog ownership, and the more they learn, the more valuable they become. The values, attitudes and responsibility learned through Junior Showmanship will serve youngsters well throughout their lives. By putting time and effort into learning about their dog and how to present it, juniors are rewarded with a win."

Linda believes that these youngsters will learn more than just Dog Handling while on the road. 
She emphasizes Sportsmanship, Friendship and Good Citizenship in and out of the ring.
