Boarding

GENERAL

Reservations are suggested in order to guarantee the accommodations you and your

pet prefer! All dogs and cats are required to under go a eight point health & parasite

exam at check-in. If your pet has fleas or ticks, it will be dipped before entering the kennel,

at your expense. Pets are required to be current on all vaccinations as well as the canine

cough six month vaccine. Any medications are to be accompanied by written instructions

for our veterinarian or technicians to administer. Thank you for choosing Woodland West

Pet Resort. We can assure you that your pet will receive the best of care from our dedicated

professional staff.

¤ All climate controlled runs are sanitized daily.

¤ Indoor guests are let out individually twice daily to our grass

exercise areas.

¤ Water bowls are sanitized and changed daily.

¤ Our guests are fed a premium diet of Hills foods.

¤ Our staff has been trained to watch for any signs of discomfort

while your pet vacations with us.

¤ There is soft and easy music throughout the kennel.

¤ We also have a state of the art security system.

¤ The proprietors live on kennel property.

We require cleansing baths for all our dogs staying with us for 2 nights

or longer. This cleansing bath includes a 5 minute brushout, colorful

bandana, and spritz of cologne.

FOOD

All our boarding guests are fed once daily. We carry only premium dog and

cat foods. If you prefer your pet be fed more often or choose to bring your own

food, there is an additional charge. Please include instructions with food.

BEDDING

For sanitary purposes bedding must be laundered daily. If you choose to leave your

own bedding, there will be a daily laundry charge. Please have all these items

permanently marked with your last name. No foam, loose particles or frayed edged

material. We also offer fluffy bedding (Fleece) rental for the same laundry charge. This

way your pet will have fresh bedding each morning, instead of having to wait for yours

to be laundered.

TOYS & BONES

One large toy will be accepted per dog. Please no small toys. They often fall into our

drains, where they are lost and cause problems with our cleaning system. We will

accept small toys, chew bones & chew hooves if your pet receives the "Pampered Pet"

package or "Play Times". All belongings must be permanently marked with your last name.

We are not responsible for items left over 30 days. One large toy will be accepted per dog.

CLEANSING BATHS

We require a CLEANSING BATH for all dogs staying with us for 2 nights or longer
( baths given morning of departure ) . Please allow us time to dry your pet.
This includes cleansing bath, 5 min.brush, colorful bandanna, and a spritz of cologne.
If you like we can arrange for a full grooming.
Please discuss this with our groomer.Full grooming baths include bathing,
hand drying, nails trimmed, analglands expressed, ears cleaned and/or plucked
and complete brush, comb out or clipping.
